We’re now looking for a Training & Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you’ll translate central brand direction into measurable market success, empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring every store touchpoint reflects the energy and excellence of a world-class brand.
You’ll act as the bridge between client strategy and local execution, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and commercial growth across multiple European markets.
Job Purpose
The Training & Implementation Manager turns strategy into impact, shaping how one of the world’s leading sports brand comes to life across European wholesale and retail channels. Through people, process, and performance, this role drives retail excellence, measurable commercial growth, and a consistent brand experience across markets.
As the key link between central strategy and market execution, you’ll ensure initiatives are flawlessly implemented and locally optimized for maximum relevance and impact. You’ll lead through influence, inspiring cross-market teams to deliver with purpose, energy, and precision.
By combining strategic foresight with hands-on operational know-how, you’ll strengthen retail partnerships, enhance sell-out performance, and empower teams to translate every activation into real business impact. As a trusted advisor to both client leadership and market stakeholders, you’ll set the standard for excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multi-market teams to deliver consistent excellence and measurable retail impact across Europe
- Translate client strategy into actionable market plans, driving flawless execution and sell-out performance
- Strengthen partnerships between client stakeholders, field teams, and wholesale partners
- Drive operational excellence and capability growth through data-led insights, coaching, and process improvement
- Act as the strategic bridge between global direction and local delivery, ensuring alignment, quality, and commercial success

- Proven ability to connect strategy with execution and link people development to commercial success
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, able to inspire and empower multi-market teams
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven mindset — able to interpret insights and translate them into actionable improvement
- Strong understanding of how learning, implementation, and field enablement influence sales performance
- Agile, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex international environments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in training, implementation, or program management within retail, field marketing, or L&D
- Track record of managing teams and driving success across multiple markets
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to travel across EU markets as required
