OPEN APPLICATION - RETAIL PROMOTER & MERCHANDISER IN DENMARK
Want to work with exciting brands, create outstanding customer experiences, and enjoy a flexible part-time job? Join WorkShop’s On Demand team!
At WorkShop, we are continuously looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our network for future retail projects. By submitting an open application, you’ll have the opportunity to become part of our talent network and be considered for upcoming assignments as a Retail Promoter or Merchandiser, based on your experience, interests, and availability.
We offer flexible part-time opportunities where you’ll represent well-known brands, interact with customers, and help create inspiring experiences in stores and at events. Whether you’re a student, have another job, or are simply looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, this could be an exciting opportunity for you!
What do the roles involve?
As a Merchandiser, you’ll help enhance the in-store experience and create the best possible conditions for sales. You’ll visit selected stores, ensure products are attractively displayed, and work with campaigns, product displays, and in-store marketing materials. You’ll plan and carry out your store visits independently within the scope of each assignment and follow up on your work according to established procedures.
As a Promoter, you’ll represent our clients’ brands in retail stores, pop-up stores, and at events. You’ll demonstrate products, inspire customers, and create engaging customer interactions with a focus on service and sales. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as product presentation, sales, and customer engagement.
Depending on your profile and our upcoming projects, you may be considered for one or both roles.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who are passionate about customer interactions, sales, and retail. You’re outgoing, proactive, and enjoy creating positive experiences for others. You’re comfortable working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily to new environments and responsibilities.
We believe that you:
Have at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail
Are flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
Are attentive, outgoing, and have strong interpersonal skills
Speak Danish and English fluently
Have a valid driver’s license (Category B), which is an advantage
Where are the assignments located?
We’re looking for enthusiastic team members across Denmark. Assignments vary depending on the client and project, and you’ll usually work in your local area. Travel to different stores, locations, and events may be required. As the scope and timing of our assignments vary, flexibility and the ability to adapt to project needs are important.
Working hours: Part-time work on an as-needed basis, depending on upcoming assignments
Start date: By agreement, in connection with future projects
