PART-TIME FIELD MERCHANDISER IN STAVANGER

WorkShop's On-Demand team is now looking for a part-time Field Merchandiser. About the Role:
As a Field Merchandiser, you will visit various retail stores representing different brands to report insights on selected products and in-store displays, as well as update POS materials. The assignments mainly focus on products and retailers within the electronics sector.
Before working with a new brand, you will always receive thorough training to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared for each assignment, with a clear understanding of what to look for in store. You will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You can be involved in both short-term and long-term projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and follow-up of various activities. Your work will be goal-oriented, and you will be expected to provide reports according to established procedures.
Although your home base will be your hometown, your workplace will vary each day and week as you visit different retailers. This may require overnight stays in different locations and occasional weekend work. Therefore, it is essential that you are flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.
To succeed in the role, we see you fulfilling these criteria:
Have experience in sales and/or customer service
Are positive, driven, and social
Have an eye for detail
Are a natural spreader of joy and relationship builder
Have driver license
Fluent in English
We value experience in similar roles, but we think it's even more important that you have a high level of ambition and a passion for development and creating successful customer interactions.
