JUNIOR PRODUCT TRAINER - STOCKHOLM
We at WorkShop are now looking for a Junior Product Trainer in Stockholm for one of the world’s largest consumer electronics companies. In this role, you will play a key part in driving increased activity within the e-learning segment, as well as representing products at trade shows and events. You will also collaborate closely with influencers to strengthen brand exposure and engagement among target audiences.
As a Junior Product Trainer, you will leverage both events and influencer marketing as strategic tools to expand reach and attract customers. Your responsibilities include administration and reporting within e-learning, B2B trainings, influencer collaborations, and in-house training initiatives. You will report to the Retail Operations Lead and work closely with the Swedish Product Trainer and the Nordic team.
Responsibilities:
E-learning: Administration & Reporting
Adding users, follow ups and reports
Planning, recording, editing, and uploading content on a bi-weekly basis
Handling rewards programs, administration, and logistics
Managing translations
Other administrative tasks
B2B Trainings
Collaborate with the B2B Business Development Specialist to gain strong knowledge of B2B segmentation
Attend B2B exhibitions and events
Train the trainers on B2B materials
Create presentations according to guidelines
Influencer Collaboration
Conduct onboarding and training for influencers
Manage device switching programs and act as a main point of contact
Collaboration with Product Trainer (PT)
Deliver trainings across Sweden, e.g. at contact centers
Train trainers according to PT guidelines
In-house Training
Conduct in-house trainings at the office
Deliver introductory trainings for new coworkers within the marketing team
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in retail training
Strong technical knowledge
Experience working with electronics products, with a focus on smartphones
Experience in content creation and editing
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Valid driving license
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
