PRODUCT TRAINER FOR GLOBAL SPORTS BRAND!
WorkShop is now looking for a Product Trainer to join a global sports brand in Copenhagen. We are searching for someone with a genuine passion for sport, retail, and people. Someone who thrives on building relationships and inspiring others through knowledge and engagement.
As a Product Trainer, your main mission is to elevate how the brand is represented in retail environments. You will deliver high-quality in-person and virtual training experiences that build product knowledge, brand advocacy, and sales confidence across wholesale partners. Acting as the face of the brand in your assigned market, you will play a key role in ensuring store staff are fully equipped to create outstanding consumer experiences that drive sell-out and strengthen brand credibility.
You will work alongside an established field trainer in Denmark and together work closely with the local client representative and your Team Lead to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop impactful training content. You will conduct training for staff of wholesale partners, own the physical training presence in the Danish market, and support the adoption and engagement digital learning platforms among store staff. Through strong store relationships and hands-on execution, you will turn learning into measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities:
Planning, booking and delivering product training through both physical and digital formats, in line with established learning methodologies and engagement techniques
Build a strong network of proactive brand advocates in store, and onboard, educate, and engage staff through provided digital learning platforms
Responsible for account and store journey planning, ensuring training execution aligns with commercial and sales objectives
Continuously work to understand the optimal customer journey, turn observations into insights, and identify future opportunities to improve conversion
Evaluating training impact is a key part of the role
Use provided reporting tools to measure learning effectiveness, share actionable feedback with stakeholders, and deliver accurate reporting in line with governance requirements
Support wholesale initiatives such as events or product testing when needed and continuously upskill yourself on products, training methodologies, and tools
Be a brand ambassador in every interaction, role-modelling the brand’s attitude, values, and service standards in accordance with brand guidelines and policies
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you are a true sports enthusiast who naturally represents the brand wherever you go. You are outgoing, confident, and comfortable influencing others through both presence and expertise. You enjoy working independently but thrive in close collaboration with your team. You are curious, proactive in developing new ways of engaging people, and highly result-oriented, with a strong understanding of how training impacts consumer experience and sell-out.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in retail training, field marketing, or wholesale sales
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, written and spoken
The ability to travel within assigned regions/markets
