PROJECT MANAGER TO OUR ON DEMAND TEAM!
We at WorkShop are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our OnDemand team. This role has end-to-end responsibility for delivering client projects with a strong focus on financial ownership, operational excellence and high-quality execution.
You will manage multiple OnDemand assignments simultaneously, acting as the key link between clients, internal teams, suppliers and field staff. The role requires confident decision-making, strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance client expectations with cost control and profitability. The role is a maternity cover for about 12 months, but with good possibility of extension. Does this sound interesting? Keep reading!
What You Will Do?
Project & Financial Responsibility
Lead projects from brief to delivery with full ownership of scope, timelines and budget
Build and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost follow-ups
Monitor profitability and identify risks or deviations early
Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
Make commercially sound decisions that support both client satisfaction and business results
Delivery & Coordination
Plan resources, staffing and logistics for OnDemand assignments
Coordinate internal teams across Creative, Production, HR/Staffing and Finance
Ensure quality standards are met throughout execution and follow-up
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects
Communicate clearly around progress, budgets and scope changes
Build trust through transparency, structure and reliable delivery
People & Leadership
Support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day management of temporary staff
Provide guidance and direction to coordinators and project team members
Comfortable participating in staffing decisions and salary-related discussions
Process & Improvement
Ensure accurate documentation in Marathon and Asana
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and cost control
Who You Are?
An experienced project manager used to running complex projects independently
Strong financial mindset with confidence working with budgets, forecasts and numbers
Structured, proactive and comfortable taking ownership and accountability
Clear and confident communicator, both internally and externally
Experience managing or leading others is a strong bonus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Fluent in Swedish and English

Working hours: Full time
