DIGITAL DESIGN & ART DIRECTOR TO WORKSHOP!

We are one of the fastest growing retail agencies in Europe and to support this growth, we are looking for you! A creative, inspiring and forward-thinking Digital Design & Art Director with love for content. The position is based in Stockholm and is a 40% parental cover from September to the end of December.
As a Digital Design & Art Director at WorkShop you will be responsible for coming up with and creating world-class ideas, as well as bringing them to life in one of our client’s digital platforms. You will have a leading role in moving the creative development forward, from brief to presentation and into production. You’ll be directing everything from weekly content to video, brand activations and events.
You will have a crucial part of both guiding and working in our team, where you’ll help our team of creatives achieve success, both with concepts and production.
You will be reporting to our current Design Director and be part of a team consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Motion Graphics and Production Managers. WE BELIEVE THAT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE HAS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a digital Art Director with a strong design eye
- Relevant studies
- Experience leading junior creatives
- Confident in script and storyboard creation
- Excellent knowledge working with the relevant adobe programs, Figma/Sketch and Power Point. After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of different types of digital communication channels
- Comfortable with presenting and explaining your ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (English is the company language)
- A positive mind set and a social team player with a solution oriented “can do” attitude
Start: September or according to agreement
Working hours: 40% parental cover
Employment: Time limited from September to December (with the possibility of extension)
