About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and confident Senior Project Manager to join our Brand Activations team in Stockholm for a temporary position for 12 months (maternity cover), but with possibility to extend. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading the planning and execution of retail-focused brand activations – from high-impact in-store experiences to targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery, working closely with clients, internal teams and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and have a passion for bringing brands to life where it matters most – close to the consumer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end brand experience projects, with a strong focus on retail activations
- Own timelines, budgets, and resource planning to ensure smooth project delivery
- Collaborate with creative, production, and logistics teams to develop engaging, on-brand experiences
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners
- Manage physical productions and implementations
- Oversee staffing and execution for in-store events, samplings, and product launches
- Ensure clear communication and reporting throughout all phases of the project
Key Experience:
- A senior project manager with 5+ years experience in brand experience, retail marketing, and/or experiential events
- Strong background in managing retail activations – from in-store activations to product launches
- Strong background in full scope project coordination as well as production experience
- Confident working independently as well as part of a fast-moving team
- Experience with staffing, sampling, or field marketing is a strong plus
- Experience in visual merchandising is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
