SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - HOME APPLIANCES
Samsung is now looking for a Technical Product Specialist for the Home Appliance team in Oslo, Norway. As Technical Product Specialist you will be part of the Customer Satisfaction CE team with the main responsibility to support Norwegian authorized service engineers in the field with technical issues and training. You will work consistently to find repair solutions that serve Samsung, the service engineers and most importantly the end consumer. We are looking for you who are driven, structured, thrive in a fast-paced environment and who have previous experience with Home Appliance products and are technically skilled! Key accountabilities:
- Answer support phone/mail/tickets from service engineers and Call Center Agents
- Coordinate and execute trainings on new products for Samsung authorized service engineers
- Supply authorized service centers with new information regarding software and technical bulletins
- Resolve technical issues on Samsung Home Appliance products in close cooperation with authorized service engineers
- Assist Samsung call center agents with technically advanced issues and training
- Analyze KPI data and work on KPI improvements
- Visit service partners and perform ride alongs and report feedback
- Liaise with Touch Point owners and other stakeholders to agree on improvement initiatives for Home Appliance systems, products and processes
- Product quality examination for products located in stores, workshops or consumers
- At times also support rest of Nordics with tasks as described above when needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with Home Appliance products as an Engineer/Supporter
- Experience in consumer service and strong consumer focus
- Genuinely interested in electronic products and ability to always find new ways to resolve complicated issues
- Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian (another Nordic language skill is a plus)
- Microsoft Office experience to ensure data driven decision making and prioritization
- Identify improvement and business opportunities and share findings with the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- A background working with TV/IT products is a big plus but not a must
- A valid drivers license
