TRAFFIC MANAGER TO WORKSHOP!

We at Workshop are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Traffic Manager to join our dynamic consumer experience agency. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overseeing project workflow, ensuring that each task is assigned to the appropriate resources, and managing the timely execution of all projects to hit the allocated budget.
You will be joining our fast-growing and driving team, which is now in need of its first Traffic Manager to make sure we are continually creating and delivering high-quality work at the expected time. You have an opportunity to shape and lead this new function, and we expect that you do this in a seamless, digital, trackable and proactive way.
You will be the central point of coordination between teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to all deadlines.
We expect you to be solution-oriented, and work with team leads on finding better workflows, more cost-effective solutions, and better ways of working to hit and or exceed our targets.
You will be responsible for finding resource solutions to meet timelines and project needs. For example, finding additional resources from our consultant pool, and bringing in additional help and support if you foresee challenges of meeting project needs with a lack of internal resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign resources and track work across various departments, ensuring that resources are optimally aligned with project needs
- Collaborate and work closely with creative team to identify resource requirements for upcoming projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and adjust schedules and resources to ensure that deadlines are met
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of current and upcoming work, resource availability, and potential challenges
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, project managers and department heads to forecast future resource needs and optimize productivity
- Ensure the profitability of creative projects by monitoring and controlling the amount of hours spent on project delivery in alignment with the budget
- Help optimize efficiencies and future work by meeting with team leads to analyse project financials, where you can provide insights to senior management on potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Setting up, effective and managing time and content planning systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar traffic management role within a creative agency
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- Proven understanding of financial and budget oversight to make sure all projects are delivered within the expected scope and margins
- In-depth understanding of creative processes, project management, and resource allocation
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and implement efficient processes
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a bonus)
Placement: Stockholm HQ NextGenRetailHub or hybrid
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
Working hours: Full time, ongoing with 6 months probation period
