Workshop is now looking for an Automotive Auditor in Norway. We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in cars and is eager to learn about standards within car dealerships. Our primary focus is on personal qualities since you will receive thorough and comprehensive training in the field. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, then you are the person we are looking for.
In the role as an Automotive Auditor, your main task will be to execute audits for car dealerships. The audits will be in selected dealerships in different cities within Norway. You will work independently, but in close dialogue with staff in the dealerships. Hence understanding how dealership works is beneficial and gives credibility. You are responsible for planning and implementation, work towards set goals and report in accordance with established reporting routines. Your starting point will be your hometown, but your workplace varies between different car dealerships. Overnight stays at another location may occur.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
- Have a understanding of the automotive industry
- Are people-oriented and have the ability to manage various types of individuals
- Are flexible and solution-oriented
- Like to work in a structured and exact way with a focus on details
- Are responsive and have high social skills
- Can work unimpeded in MS Office and have a valid driver’s licence (B)
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- You will also need to have a smart phone or a tablet. This equipment needs to be either android or iOS (Preferably no more than 2 years old for compatibility).
