We at WorkShop are currently looking for an IT Security & Operations Manager to join our IT-team. Are you a strong team player with proven experience within IT? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Executing the strategy for Cyber & IT Operations
• Escalation point for all technical matters with support from group
• Maintaining IT subject-matter expertise and keeping abreast of best practices & trends
• Server build & end user hardware configuration
• Implementing and maintaining information security management system, according to information security standards (ISO27001)
• Monitoring and remediation of vulnerabilities on corporate assets
• Identifying, managing and deploying tools to reduce risk
• Oversight & resolution of incidents
• End user training and awareness to technical matters
• Developing and implementing framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines
• Reviewing new and current client contracts from an IT security perspective and conduct 3rd party security assessments for new products and solutions
• Working with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operations best principles are met
• Ability to work out of hours if required

To fit in this position: 

• Proven management experience within IT
• Strong team player and influence skills
• Commercial awareness and solution orientation
• Experience in working with standard such as ISO27001
• Strong technical knowledge with End User Compute, Network and Cloud Architecture
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in English (Swedish is highly meritorious)
• Working knowledge of common exploits and vulnerabilities
• Excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills especially when dealing with client contacts and senior management
• Possessing one of the following certifications: SANS GIAC, CCSA, CCSE, CISSP, CISM, CISA is a bonus 
• Graduated or have education in a technical/Engineering subject is a bonus 
• Have previous experience in retail, field marketing or advertising is a bonus
