WorkShop is now looking for a Program Manager for our digitally led advocacy and Engagement program. As a Program Manager you are the key point of contact towards our clients and works strategically with managing and developing the Engagement program. Our engagement program is a fully integrated solution for driving a community where every ambassador get direct contact with the brand. We create content, plan incentives and maintain strong relationships based on insights on what drives engagement in our completely white labelled platform.
As our Program Manager you plan the work of the creative team in alignment with our data and insights team to develop the strategy for the engagement program. You will engage with our internal team as well as with key stake holders on client side daily to make sure we deliver the best-in-class digital engagement program.
You will lead a local team of community managers to activate and strategically take actions within the local markets to activate the community.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters in the program
Build and develop the program team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Clearly communicate the progress and plan monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly engagement results and yearly performance)
Prepare reports together with the data team on performance and insights to enhance engagement
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
We believe that the right person for this role has:
Account management experience +3 years
Project management experience +3 years
Bachelor/master degree in relevant area. E.g. communication or marketing.
Experience from staff management and training either in retail, HR or other relevant area.
Strong communicating skills both verbally and written
Preferably a strong interest in technology and social media platforms
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience from working in project management tools and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, G Suite)
