We at WorkShop are on a development journey and in the next few years, we will grow several new areas and services. Therefore, we now need to strengthen our creative team with a Junior Designer!
We are looking for you who are passionate about ideas and want to make them reality. The role will be divided between creating and visualizing data for our digital engagement platforms as well as supporting our design team in content production. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have knowledge in digital tools and channels and are happy to take on a new challenge since this is a new role at WorkShop. You will join a small and strong tight-knit team that believes in producing high level and strategic work without producing big egos.

As a Junior Designer at WorkShop, you’ll be responsible for the execution and on-time delivery of data reports and content. Your focus will be on high-quality creative delivery, as well as the day-to-day operations of your department. You will work with and report directly to the Design Director. Your responsibilities will also include:
• Design and visualize data and insights
• Designing and creating reports and presentations
• Support on internal design projects
• Help out on day-to-day content productions
• Have a design degree preferably with a digital focus
• Handles Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma seamlessly, After Effects is a plus
• Is prestigeless and a team player
• Has a good understanding of different types of communication
• Has experience in both digital and print production
• Is comfortable presenting and explaining ideas
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
