PRODUCT MARKET MANAGER FOR CHROMEBOOK – COPENHAGEN
WorkShop is now looking for a Product Market Manager in Copenhagen for one of the strongest data & consumer electronic brands in the world for their product; Chromebook!
As a Product Market Manager at WorkShop your mission is to increase sales through different activities and strategies and train and inspire retail store staff. With solid product knowledge and great enthusiasm, you will coach the retail store staff in how to increase the sales and make sure they have in-depth knowledge of our client’s products. Together with the rest of the Nordic team your goal is to provide an outstanding in-store experience and customer service for the Chromebook brand. You will build strategies with online platforms and offline executions to maximize regional performance.
We are looking for a Product Market Manager that is highly driven by sales goals, is eager to develop leadership skills and has a passion for great consumer experiences. Responsible for the regional performance and deliver on sales-, training- and advocacy KPI’s
Own portfolio of stores in the biggest offline retailers with physical and remote follow up in own region
Lead offline market by building strategies to prioritize between stores to maximize performance by having tactical plans locally executed
Focus on in-store management and conduct meetings and QBRs and build relationship with sales managers
Set up annual tactical plans broken down on quarterly/monthly/weekly plans and on store level with clear targets and follow up
POC for retailers HQ, performing monthly meetings and close follow up on necessary execution
Ensure brand and product visibility, stock level and assortment is optimized in each store and action is taken on low performing stores with provided insights and tools
Utilize store staff e.g. brand ambassadors, to keep the store active and successful at physical or remote visits
Ensure understanding of the market and proactively give suggestions on new wins
Reporting in tools providing weekly insights, post mortems, quarterly business plans, quarterly market plans and performing on set KPI’s
Supporting the client in ad-hoc requested projects e.g. presence in marketing campaigns
Responsible for online market insights in the respective country, providing client with insights on promotions, competitor insights and overall brand presence
Managing potential junior CMM to fit tactical plans
Minimum 2 years experience from sales/marketing or equivalent
Previous experience from retail (consumer electronics) is beneficial
Account management (preferred, not required)
Have a driver's license with the ability to travel on a daily basis
Fluent in both local and English language (written and verbal communication)
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
