WorkShop is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strategic expertise for our Concept Team. If you are someone with a passion for innovative customer experiences, and are familiar with running international projects in physical shop concepts and retail branding, you are the kind of person we are looking for.
As Strategic Project Manager, you have total responsibility for customer relationships and you have a keen eye for opportunities for new and profitable business. You have overall responsibility for running multiple parallel projects from brief, planning and quotation through the strategic and creative process, as well as implementation and follow-up. You participate actively in customer deliveries and enjoy presenting ideas. You enjoy being part of and leading a project team. Your team may consist of Retail Strategy, CD, Retail Architect, AD, Copy and Designer.
As a person, you are a social and dynamic team player with an exceptional flare for service. You have a positive attitude and an ability to find solutions for new tasks and challenges. You can adapt your way to communicate to suit the recipient, and can deliver high quality both internally and externally.
To suit the role, you must:
have at least five years' experience as a Project Manager at a retail agency, design agency, concept agency or in an in-house department in retail;
be good at leading yourself and others in a structured and inspiring way;
have highly developed business acumen and be motivated by making good deals and attracting new customers;
participate enthusiastically in customer deliveries and be skilled at making presentations;
be experienced in preparing budgets and quotations as well as financial monitoring;
be an excellent communicator in both Swedish and English;
have a high level of proficiency in the Office package, with the emphasis on Excel and Power Point.
It is an advantage if you also:
have advanced qualifications in marketing or project management from IHM Business School, RMI Berghs School of Communication or a similar institution;
are experienced in running interior deisgn/fit-out and construction projects from start to completion;
have experience in supplier procurement in areas such as shop fittings, manufacturing, carpentry and building contractors:
have worked with business systems such as Marathon or similar
